Mobile phone is available with 6GB, 8GB, and 12GB RAM, and 128GB or 256GB internal storage. 256GB ROM is only available with a 12GB variant.

IQOO Z6 Pro 5G is available in two colors Legion Sky and Phantom Black. Its dimensions are 160 x 73.5 x 8.49 mm. Although its weight is 180g, the phone feels okay if not lightweight.

The phone has a curved polycarbonate plastic back with a matte finish.

On the back panel, triple rear cameras are present in two rings. Both rings, along with LED flash, are present in a rectangular box.

The phone has small bezels with a waterdrop notch. On the right side, it has volume and power buttons. And at the bottom, a USB Type-C slot, SIM Tray Slot, and single bottom-firing speaker are present. The phone doesn’t have a 3.5mm audio jack.

IQOO Z6 Pro 5G has a 6.44 inch 90 Hz FHD+ AMOLED display. It has 1300 nits peak brightness, 90Hz refresh rate, and 180 Hz touch sampling rate(TSR).

All these display features ensure smooth scrolling, swiping, and quick touch response. AMOLED screen with high brightness provides an immersive visual experience indoors and outdoors.
